To begin the process of replacing my HVAC system,  I got 3 estimates, I appreciated Kirby from Best discussing my options and not hard selling me like one of the other companies I dealt with.  Ultimately I went with Best because they were so far under the other 2 bids (all 3 bids were for comprable top brands).  Then they had equipment in stock and were able to install within 2 weeks.  Installers did a great job,  clean and explained system use before they left.

I've never written a review before...but felt the need to for Best.  After getting visits from two competitors (one recommendation and one Home Depot installer) I was struggling to make a decision between Brand, Installer and system type.  I decided to call Best for a third opinion, and had the good fortune of Kirby showing up to  talk about my needs.  Kirby provided a lot of information, and put up with a lot of questions.....without rolling his eyes at my ignorance.  I recieved a proposal with the various options I was considering the next day.  I had a few follow up questions, and pulled the trigger on the package I wanted.

To be clear, my decision was based on my experience with Kirby.  I knew that Best was determined to sell me the system I needed, rather that the system they could sell me.

After scheduling, I was furthur impressed with the installation.  Email and text reminders....email and text notification that my technician was on their way, with a description of their experience included.

Chuck, Jose and crew (I am so sorry I forgot the name of the tall guy on day one!) were on time, professional and delivered beyond my expectations.

If you are considering Best.....I strongly encourage you to make them your choice!

We had the pleasure of having Blake and Sinjen out to Install a brand new heat pump system and ducking work underneath our house. They were very respectful While working at our house. They were both very good with my dogs and I really appreciated that. They cleaned up their messes each day. The boys both worked very well together and communicated between each other very well. I would definitely recommend this crew To work on any of my family or friends's' homes. I truly appreciate it all their hard work.Answering all my questions and just overall being good people!!!
