When Dillon & Nick arrived for the new install we talked through the entire "remove and replace" process they were going to do, discussed my concerns about venting through my roof and then they got busy. Nick was very knowledgeable, described the steps he was taking and why along the way. Dillon was very efficient in setting up the new unit for install and he too described the steps he was taking. Nick and Dillon were a great team, they arrived promptly at 9AM and were cleaned up and done by 2PM. These two fellows were polite and courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. This may sound corny but "Best Heating" is now my go to company and I have recommended them to my neighbors.
