Installer

As an installer, your primary responsibility is to install and maintain various systems and equipment for our customers. This may include heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Your duties may involve performing installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks, and working closely with our customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services.

Some specific tasks you may be responsible for as an installer include:

• Installing and configuring new equipment according to specifications and codes
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with existing systems
• Repairing or replacing defective equipment or components
• Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning or replacing filters
• Interpreting technical manuals and schematics to diagnose and repair equipment
• Ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently
• Communicating effectively with customers to answer questions and provide updates on work progress
• Adhering to all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment

Technician

A technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment and systems in a variety of settings. Technicians play a critical role in ensuring that equipment and systems operate efficiently and safely, which is essential for the comfort and health, and safety of individuals and organizations.

Some specific tasks you may be responsible for as a technician include:

• Inspecting equipment and systems to identify problems and determine the best course of action for repair or maintenance
• Diagnosing malfunctions and performing necessary repairs for adjustments to restore equipment or systems to proper function
• Conducting routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and testing equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance
• Keeping accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed, including parts used, labor hours, and costs
• Communicating with customers to explain the work that needs to be done and answer any questions they may have
• Staying up-to-date with new technologies and industry developments to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their job effectively
• Adhering to all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment

Comfort Specialist

Our comfort specialist are responsible for generating new leads, developing sales strategies, and closing deals for our HVAC products and services. As a comfort specialist, you will work closely with our technical team to provide customers with the best possible solutions to their HVAC needs.

Some specific tasks you may be responsible for as a comfort specialist include:

• Generate leads and develop sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring that they are satisfied with our products and services
• Prepare and present proposals to customers, including cost estimates and project timelines
• Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized solutions for customers
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new equipment, and education to be able to offer the best options for our customers
• Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our products and services

Office Staff

Our office staff plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HVAC business, providing support to both our field technicians and customers.

Some specific tasks you may be responsible for as an office staff member include:

• Answering and directing incoming calls and emails from customers and vendors
• Scheduling service appointments for our field technicians and dispatching them to job sites
• Maintaining accurate customer and job records in our database
• Creating and processing work orders, invoices, and purchase orders
• Ordering and maintaining inventory of office supplies and equipment
• Coordination with our accounting team to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
