First time in 8 yrs our Radiance propane stove would not start. Excellent service by friendly experienced dispatcher Danielle. Knowledgeable, awesome, expert Tech Justin did a cleaning, removed carbon buildup, & solved issue. Staff is patient & answered all my questions, very professional business. Best was very quick to respond to our request for a quote on an HVAC system. Craig had done his homework prior to coming out which was wonderful. He had a quote for us and even had a rebate so the cost was very affordable. He explained everything in detail and we decided that day to go ahead with the project.  That was last Friday and on Wednesday we had our HVAC unit installed. Hunter was our installer and Jose was his assistant. They were both very good and polite and got the work done in a very timely manner. Their work is top notch. Hunter showed me how to install the app on my phone so we can regulate the system from my phone. That will be nice when we come home from a trip and want the house warmed up or cooled down. We had the best experience with Best! We have a very old house with multiple systems working in tandem and they were really knowledgeable. They were quick, had wonderful financing options, and great people! I can’t say enough good things about BEST Heating and Cooling! From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Chris was knowledgeable and thorough when servicing my AC and furnace — he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure everything was running perfectly. Ande and Danielle were both wonderful to work with — friendly, professional, and so helpful with scheduling and follow-up. It’s rare to find a team that truly cares about their customers, but BEST Heating and Cooling absolutely does.
