I am writing to share my recent experience with your services. I contacted you after a competitor’s technician disabled my system during a spring tune-up.

Justin was sent to my home within four hours. In just one hour, he identified a direct electrical short and a faulty transformer, both caused by the previous technician. He also corrected errors in the junction box wiring made by the other company. Once the new transformer was installed and the errors were corrected, the system powered up and Justin ran tests to ensure optimal performance.

It was an impressive performance, and I will refer all of my future heating and cooling needs to Best.

Our experience with Best Heating and Cooling was amazing from our initial contact with Craig coming to give us an estimate until final installation by the two installers. All were very professional, polite and did a great job. Even though there were additional products needed the company only charged us the amount of their original estimate. That doesn’t usually happen these days. We would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of their services. We will definitely call them for our annual check up of our system!
