Best installed our Heat pump in 1996. It is still working, thanks to the people at Best. They are always very professional and are good at getting out to service it within a short time. They are good at using tech to tell you when they are coming. I definitely recommend them if you need HVac work done.

In mid-June, 2024, Best technicians converted our house to central air. by replacing our 35-year old gas furnace and installing a Carrier central air unit and furnace. Technicians Chuck and Jose arrived at 8:30 in the morning and left at 3:30 in the afternoon, job complete and work areas swept spotless. From our initial consultations with Best’s estimator Kirby through completion of the job we could not be more impressed with the knowledge, courtesy and professionalism of the company’s employees, including office staff., but especially Chuck and Jose. As I write this the temperature on our deck is over 100 degrees for the fourth consecutive day, while inside we are enjoying a pleasant 72. We cannot recommend Best highly enough. They provided absolutely stellar service! and are rating them 8 out of a possible 5 stars!

Ken arrived at the scheduled time for the bi-annual Carrier heat pump maintenance. He cleaned the furnace water filter, changed the two air filters, and thoroughly checked other components. He remembered, even though I had forgotten, that I had prepared for the work.
