Very knowledgeable about all of our aging and newer HVAC
equipment, as well as commercial refrigerator and freezer. Very personable, friendly, and explain in detail both the problems and solutions when called for repairs. They provide quotes for service and honor them consistently. Customer service is excellent. It seems they go out of their way to make us happy and usually arrive the same day I call for service.

I believe there was a thorough maintenance check up but a
couple of items were incomplete. I was told I would receive a
detailed summary of what was done (email) and I was told that I would get the price of an installed electric damper would cost. Neither of these items have been done. He even took the old damper (I think), so I think the furnace is running without one.
