Very professional employees, worked at making sure that the installation was done right, not just done.

He was friendly, courteous, and efficient.. We were impressed
that he used covers over his shoes when coming intro the

I believe there was a thorough maintenance check up but a
couple of items were incomplete. I was told I would receive a
detailed summary of what was done (email) and I was told that I would get the price of an installed electric damper would cost. Neither of these items have been done. He even took the old damper (I think), so I think the furnace is running without one.

Best Heating and Cooling has served Norpac Foods at Stayton
Plant 1 well for many years. Work ethic with in both the service personnel and office has been very professional. Their respond time for emergency calls has been quick and greatly appreciated.

Technicians were polite, and seemed to thoroughly explain the
repair.

I buy my filters from Best. They always have my size available. They have great filters at low prices.
